****Gentlemen, it is time--NOW--for MVEE to file with the SEC. No excuses, no delays. When I joined this thread, the limited partnerships were going to provide protection to the investors. The LP's were going to limit the risk. The LP's just aren't going to happen. Management has been less than blazingly straight-forward with us. It is time to DEMAND that they file with the SEC! I invite every poster and lurker on this thread to communicate his/her insistence to Peter Benz that the company file with the SEC immediately. This is an absolutely critical issue of credibility.
