I have no schedule, because much of the time I write programs that dont care when they are being written. And because I have never had a schedule (not for 30 years at least), what is now left of the organism has adopted rather well. I never have jetlag or trouble switching hours, which is normally thought of as unhealthy. Makes it easier to work with people in different time zones too. I suppose I could take up sleeping when I get old.
