Radim, you are 100% correct. They didn't just offer this to Mr. Weller and he thought about it for an hour and said, "Oh hell, I'll do it, I got some spare time." The approval for this appointment had to be blessed by many layers of Siemens and took a good deal of time and effort. Siemens giving their blessing is no small thing. For my money, this is a major event, and should not be overlooked or down played. This is a first class commitment. Luv'in it. Tomato Man
