Did I miss it or there were no details of how much Adaptec will get for the sale? I hate deals without prices. I thought Adaptec had turned over another leaf. Also, at two of the sites I follow both have pulled the announcement ie. can't find it anymore.

cannabilistic infanticide. i don't understand the big rush to offload projects which have been burning R&D dollars for years. ADPT has a ton of cash, so they aren't selling to raise any more. it appears that they just want to narrow their focus and product lines. my opinion is they are cleaning the company up for a sale.
