Conference call synopsis cont.(part 2).

9. Are they thinking about expanding the sales force? L.D. - Not yet but he's thinking about adding a sales V.P.

10. Regarding VLNC & Hanil. Will Hanil market w/VLNC, or are they their own profit center. L.D. - They're their own profit center and they're marketing their own batteries.

11. Will one line still make VLNC profitable? Yes, if they can get $2.5 per Watt hr and 1800 cells per day then they break even. Anything above that.......

12. How many OEM's are now testing the product? A number of 25 was thrown out by the caller as a reference from the prior c.c.. L.D. - He doesn't have an exact count, but it's "high."

13. Have any OEM's been testing product off the production line? L.D. - no comment.

14. Where did the $2.2 million deferred payment come from? L.D. - This payment was from Delphi.

15. Wollanchuk put's in a plug congratulating L.D. and, talking about technical analysis/charting, stated that he expects VLNC to be "shortly in the $12 range." L.D. of course stated he can't talk about stock price.

16. There was a brief question/discussion regarding the financing which I won't go into here since it was a rehash of what we already know.

17. A question about can VLNC meet a variety of tooling/retooling specifications? L.D. - VLNC has 4 sizes which can be accomodated. If a 5th size was requested it'd take about a week to retool and cost approx. half a million.

----------

Whewww!! That's about it. My apologies for any/all typo's, misprints, etc.. Overall the call was positive, although L.D. sound very tired. I do find it interesting that he gave out a "no comment" when the question was broached about OEM's testing production batteries. In times past he's had no problem saying no....so read between the lines. As for the stock price.....well, it ain't doing what it's done in times past. It be holding up nicely, so me thinks we've got a nice bottom forming/formed around the $7.25/7.50 range. A point from which future adventures will spring, I'm sure.

Regards!

John~
