Correct me if I'm wrong, but does this potentially close a big hole in the EBBP model? Namely, giving the consumer the ability to download and store his/her historical bills on their computers, similar to e-mail?

IMHO, NOT having that ability is a big drawback to ATT's current 9cent promotion (they keep only 3 months worth of bills online, although I guess you can request copies to be mailed to you or print them out at anytime. I would think that consumers would want to have local storage of their records -- for taxes, expense reports, etc.)

Just wonderin' out loud...
