Scotsman, From What I can see, this may be a suckers rally. It is trying to stay high, but I have to defer to Dr. Z who is maintaining we will be able to get more under $7 soon. I haven't seen any really big blocks being sold or bought yet. Tax selling doesn't appear to have started yet. Bruce

Aye, there's the rub. If it is just the seasonal demand uptick, we get massacred when reality reasserts itself in Jan. If not, we lose the bottom and watch everybody else make the money. Sort of moot to me as I'm currently about $27K over budget on a home rehab I'm doing and every day is a new morsel of delight for the contractor! At the rate I'm going, I'll be out of the market until this time next year! Best of Luck! olduvai5
