Darrin, Quoting you,... <<The belief part to me is key. When I put my fingers on my 'temples' the world that worships within is the left and right hemisphere. Only in this world can beliefs cause it to reflect or 'not' reflect that greater world that is God. To believe in God, or believe in 'not'. This is a test.>> When it comes to Christianity and God's word I am not good at subtlety nor do I want to be. I attempt to be gentle in presenting the gospel, as you do with your doctrine, but a bedside manner must be shelved when dealing with the issues of God's judgement and His grace, and when addressing a false gospel. I addressed these issues in #reply-6296875 to you which I consider to be the first admonition. For a person that has studied the word of God, the bible, believing it to be true and inerrant, your doctrine does not hold as true. Your gentle approach is deceiving and far more dangerous than the hateful blasphemy that is also posted here. There is no challenge in detecting the other heresy, it is only to be rejected and ignored when addressed once or twice as God's word says in Titus 3:10-11. Your doctrine can be characterized as Unitarian Universalism or New or Old Age or what have you, but preaching the Christ discovered in you and awakened that was already there, God, the Holy Spirit already being in every person waiting to be discovered is preaching another gospel. It is false according to scripture, and although you probably do not believe in hell it is where you are leading others and yourself to die in your sins. Addressing your quote... James 2:19 states, "Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble." Believing in one God is not sufficient, He calls you to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ which by your posts it is clear you have never done. Your references to God and Christ will appear on the surface to be godly, and as such may deceive many into believing you are a Christian. You are well schooled in your doctrine, but according to the bible you are not a Christian. To be obedient to God's word I cannot address you again. My prayer is that God will draw you to Him and that you will repent and be saved, and that others will study God's word to see the conflict in your words and what scripture says is the way to salvation. May God grant you wisdom and a repentant heart. John
