Regarding Hanil-Valance. I give the press releases from Korea a little more weight than the "no-info, must have mis-spoke,can't say, don't know" CC calls. Valence needs OEM's to design these batteries into products before anything happens. OK, Hanil-Valence says they have a pre-production line running providing samples to OEM's. They also say they plan for full-production by mid-year 1999. Makes sense. OEM's will take many months to test and design products using these NEW batteries in NEW designs. These batteries are NOT a direct replacement for NiCads and NiMH applications. LIPoly will have different charge rates and times. If visits are scheduled for 1st week of December then they are showing off full production to visitors. They are way beyond BS-ing anyone anymore. Korea is 6 months behind Ireland. These CC's are just a good excuse for traders to make a quick buck. Announcements with the "beef" will come in a press release not in a CC. Info in CC's is fluff designed to placate investors and keep LD out of the courtroom. Selling right now is dangerous as press release could happen anytime in near future. Knowing the breakeven point is not going to help anyone make money, knowing when they announce OEM user will.
