did you hear Arlen Spectre today? He was recommending impeachment hearings be dropped and Clinton should be prosecuted once he is out of office. He specifically mention jail time....LOL

However, unfortunately for the Repubs, it is still a game to be played by the rules and not a "kangaroo court" system. Which means the term "quick impeachment" is a contradiction in terms.

No sirree, Bob! It will be a S..L..O..W and GrrrrRINDING process. And later, much later, the Repubs will realize that they lost the House in early 1999, the Presidency in mid-1999 and everything by early 2000.
