If nobody knows YHOO's earning next year, it simply implies that it is too risky to buy or hold YHOO because of its unpredictable nature. However, no mater what earning estimates you use, YHOO is definitely overvalued although it is a good company at this movement. There is no reason that its price should be higher than MSFT. By the way, most of its revenue comes from advertisement. Anybody really serious about these advertisements when you use YAHOO! I use Yahoo but I do pay little attention to these advertisements.
