Hello Micky; I reviewed this site last night and was surprised that someone hadn't come up with this idea a long time ago. It sounds like they are pretty organized to help a company and its shareholders make the transition pretty easy. As an investor, it would open a door for current investors to explore the benefits of being out of the clutches of the MM system, plus make available other progressive companies that a person may want to explore for their own diversification. Once the transfer is made, all purchases and sells are handled the same, through your broker, except the shareholder will benefit by the fluctuations of the share price to be more true as in the "specialist" type transacting that goes on with other exchanges. From the companies point of view, it would allow them to continue to grow, produce capital for future acquisitions and give their larger investors more peace of mind that a more realistic stock value can be attained. This would, also, better prepare a company for future transfer to the larger NASDAQ exchange. It looked pretty interesting to me!
