After playing with TC2000 for a week, I find the scanning function more than adequate for *my* needs, and very simple to use.

The best feature in my opinion: Changing the parameters of scans gives **instantaneous** feedback as to the number of hits. I love that!

when I am using the searching the V files in MS my computer often slows to a near standstill. Does not happen every time. Any clues?

The new beta fixes the wow problems of showing updates. so no conversion needed because of virtual but resticted to 255 dir.
