After playing with TC2000 for a week, I find the scanning function more than adequate for *my* needs, and very simple to use.
The best feature in my opinion: Changing the parameters of scans gives **instantaneous** feedback as to the number of hits. I love that!

Biggest drawback is that as you add formulas formulas the time it takes to run the update grows dramatically. On my Dual 300 Mhz system a data update with take over 20 minutes after I added some formulas. Many people will find this software to their liking. Gary thinks so to thats why the next major release of QP will incorporate the same functionality.

Gary O: Do you have other charting software, such as Metastock or Window on Wall Street? Have you compared TC2000's stochastics values to those in other software? You might find some interesting discrepancies. This would affect your TC2000 scans, too.
