Eugene,

Many institutions own the ADRs while others have purchased the German issues directly--I know this for a fact.

Not a bad idea to collect numbers on both.

So what is your assessment of why the stock holds at low 40's but won't break out. Do you see a change soon? Just your opinion - I realize you or no one knows.

I don't know how this works for other brokerages, but SAP just became a marginable stock so it can now take its time - I just want to be sure it's worth waiting for. In the meantime, I'll make some money (I hope) by following these crazy and profitable Internet stocks.
