Who really cares about Encore Builders, any way? They're only one of the many who could get the work done for NRPI, which is a mute point, 'cuz NRPI is doing the borrowing, not Encore. Besides, whatever loans NRPI makes w/RMC, is very minimal at this point, and not even worth discussion, let alone attempts to use it as a point of attack. Go find something substantial to use in your silly repetitious banterings.
