Jim:

This is a very different message than Ruskin was giving out last month. He stated the financials would be available to the public as soon as filed. It was also stated they would be posted on the EDII internet site.

Now it sounds as though the financials will not be published. And the blame for any delays will be put to the SEC. The problem here is the accuracy and completeness of the filing is the responsibility of EDII. And the speed of responsiveness to correct deficiencies also falls to EDII.

If this is true, I am very disapointed in the company. Regardless of results, why not disclose the results of operations. Are they that negative?

In the past we have tended to look at the most negative interpretation of any EDII press release. But there was never a way to confirm the details. Now to read the last PR and comments concerning the financials, investors are high and dry again.

When Ruskin disapeared at a stock price of around 24 cents, it signaled a peak. And with Colleens "ear", it is likely she is out of this stock now and just around to entertain the troops.

IMO if this most recent info is true, this company is closer to a scam than a good investment.
