I can not speak for Ruskin, nor can I speak for the company. I believe you nailed the REAL problem when you say "In the past we have tended to look at the most negative interpretation of any EDII press release." This on going negative interpretation of every little detail and bits of information or lack there of is counter productive. "IMO if this most recent info is true, this company is closer to a scam than a good investment."To express one's disappointment in management is one thing, but to turn that disappointment into insinuations of scam and such is irresponsible and not fair to the company or current shareholders ( until proven so ). "Now it sounds as though the financial's will not be published." I am at a total loss to understand how you come to this conclusion. It appears that it will not happen according to the time frame reported by some SI members but that doesn't mean it will not happen. I can not understand why anyone who is so critical or disappointed in a companies management and is not invested in that company, would continue to be involved in discussions. It serves no personal or "humanitarian" purpose unless a person desires to achieve some degree of notoriety such as, IMO, is case with jhild. What might be your motivation, jmt ? Are you invested here or are you waiting until the price is at a $1.00 ? Will you buy in if the financial's look good even though you are so critical and disappointed with management ? Jim K.

And with Colleens "ear", it is likely she is out of this stock now and just around to entertain the troops. Have you been peeking at my trading accounts, dear???? I prefer you not suggest how much and where I have my money unless you know these things to be fact. sorry dear....entertaining the troops...I'm not a camp follower...please stick to the facts that you know to be true oh, and btw...have you noticed that I have been sticking to the facts better than you have?....my posting as of late here has been lacking in rumors, hype and innuendos...unlike yours!
