I guess what makes me sad is the fact that there are people out there who think marriage, relationships etc. are just a means to an end...sex, house, escort for corporate events (hers of course!), security etc. I have witnessed true love between two adults (and I clarify this because I truly love my children, more than I love myself, more than I ever thought I could selflessly love or care about anyone) , and even after years of marriage, they hold hands, they are happily a team, and really share a warmth and love and deep passionate friendship(and friendship plays a great role!)...they are still fun separately, she goes out with the girls, he plays golf with the guys, but they chose to be together more often than not, and when they are together-well, one can't help but marvel. Marvel in their happiness, and marvel at how long you've lived without "true love". I hope you find true love, in fact I hope everyone here finds true love (it would do a world of good to Mike!)...but mostly, I am at a point in my life where it has dawned on me that life is short, and you only go around once. If there is a chance at true love, run, don't walk, and grab it! Newly optimistic... Cat
