Hi findstock, I saw your question. I'm not sure I have an answer but I can give you my opinion. While I was meeting with Calkins he did mention a PR that was going to go out soon but it was with his lawyer. At first the sense I got was that once the lawyer approved it, the PR was going to be released. A brief moment later Calkins said something that made me think that there was an update to the PR and he might want to modify it.

The attitude was very unpressured and unstressed about the PR. He was talking about it so casually that I got no sense or "vibe" that he was acting on a deadline or that he believed he had promised its release time.

I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but that's the way I interpreted his reaction to talking about the next PR. One of the most amazing aspects of the visit for me was to experience the contrast in atmosphere of being in the Pacel office compared to talking about Pacel on this thread. Here we are very much "Go go go--let's get the ball rolling--go Pacel!" and in that office it's a different kind of energy. It's a good energy, but different than what we experience here. Sitting there talking with Dave Calkins about Pacel, some thread out in Cyberland with Pacel-talk seemed so distant and cartoon-ish. It was strange for me because, of course, I understand the Cyberland experience all too well and know how important and serious our talks are.

I hope that helps a little and I'll be posting more about my thoughts on this later.

Chris
