LOL, nothing negative taken, you're a gentleman...

I agree with your assessment, but position trading can't be mixed with a near term judgement of market conditions. If a short is taken early, one can get killed quickly.

Believe me, if I get a sell signal, there'll be plenty of downside left for great profits after the position is taken. Right, wrong, or otherwise, discipline is all that separates the winners and losers.

I must exercise complete discipline or I shouldn't be trading at all. I'll gladly accept whatever the market offers me on my long positions, I'm not that greedy. I could give it all back or still triple what I have now, it's up to the market, not me to make a judgment call. That's the biggest lesson I've ever learned about trading a system.
