QUESTIONS... I look at pair's revenue growth and it appears mediocre. The earnings per share have been flat since 97. If the company can't generate stellar revenue and earning during this boom period, what does the future hold?? Does it have a competitive advantage which would make it the object of a takeover ( Does some other company really need pair's technology)?....... Looking at the trading over the last week, it looks like most of the action results from day traders ( 1000 here , 3000 there, and occasionally 10,000). Additionally, there has not been one substantial insider buy for a year, just selling. In conclusion, it seems like a takeover is the only thing that will really move this stock. Can someone give the a compelling argument for that? Thanks for your help.
