I'm just confused because SEBL doesn't link at all to back office systems in real-time. So I guess that's the disconnect. Instead, they "own" the data in their server. That's why it would not only be a big deal to implement it, but isn't anywhere near SEBL's current functionality.

In your view, does SEBL read and write legacy data from multiple systmems on the fly? Does it ling to ATP, Fulfillment, Billing, etc.,?

I don't want this to sound argumentative, just skeptical. I do not believe that it does any of the above.
