The service is currently available in downtown Santa Barbara, CA. then later, 11:53 ET AvTel Communications (AVCO) 8 3/16 +5 16/16: --Update-- Shares of Internet service provider continue to rally on heels of news the company has launched its DSLink Service, providing high-speed Internet access over Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL). AVCO shares now up 264% on volume of 188K. Of course I didn't buy any.
