Lucretius, this is an area that I have consistently been negative about, and it is going on more than a year since I pointed this out. I seem to be in a distinct minority in my concerns. And it isn't just Dell. The problem is that virtually all large and mid cap companies play this funny money game. The question I want to pose is whether my math is right? Actually, I think I am underestimating the problem. Did you see that Silverman had the audacity to reprice Cendant options following the collapse of the stock price as a result of the exposure of creative financing in CUC! TTFN, CTC
