Not familiar, what happened at CA?

Also, note that I modified original message.

Michelle, I must disagree. The looting of CA was out in the open. Everyone knew it was going to happen because it was not done with stock. The gaggle of slimy investment bankers that invented this stock option game out to be hung by their private parts. They turned what was a legitimate desire on the part of shareholders to have management accountable to the bottom line into a license to steal.

But here is a typical kind of thing that goes on. Seagate stock goes in the crapper because of problems with overproduction. Seagate responds by lowering the price of its options to top executives. Not only did this remove the argument of accountability, the dilution served to further the decline in stock value. It's like kicking a guy when he's down, and then arguing self defense. This is one case where I wish there were a class action suit possible.

I wish there were a way to send these crooks a message.

TTFN,
CTC

PS: This was the only negative issue I saw in the Dell income statement.
