Nevyn - Re: "camino first silicon Great news! When will it sample?"

I'm not sure how clean the first silicon is - Intel may want to clean up all the marginal limitations and out-of-spec tolerances before giving it to selected customers.

If so, I would guess mid-Q199 would be an easy target. Intel seems to be targeting the production release for late Q2 or early Q3 so I don't think they are rushing this project.

Camino will support AGP 4X and I would asssume the Portola chip will run at the 4X spec. Portola will probably tape out in 3 or 4 weeks.

Whitney - the integrated 440 BX and the Portola graphics core - should tape out real soon now - if it hasn't already taped out.
