Interactive Entertainment sells
business

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Nov 12 (Reuters) - Interactive Entertainment
Ltd., a maker and supplier of computer games, said Thursday it will dispose of its operations related to the Sky Games in-flight gaming system.

David Lamm, chief financial officer, said the Asian financial turmoil hurt its primary market for the in-flight entertainment. This caused the company's stock price to decline to the point where it cannot
attract the additional investment needed to develop the gaming system, he said..

Interactive will concentrate on its Sky Play business of supplying personal computer games to airlines.

The company will lay off all employees not necessary to the Sky Play business and will write off $18 to $20 million in assets related to the Sky Games business.

Stock closed today at $.03 Ouch!!!
