BGIX has no Reg-S .... also the last i knew(august) they said they had NO debt.... how can a company buy itself you ask or is it how can a division buy the whole company?? if you have been to BGIX web page you will notice that they have also had posted a 2ndary offering with no dateof the offer on it on it just says FUTURE and i think the price was 1.50 ??? BGIX seems to feel their stock is under valued?...last spring you will notice they blamed the low price on "SHORTERS" so they put out the news (july 22?) that they were going to sell off a division "MUSIX" and issue shareholders either a cash dividend (approx .30.. $5 mil /shares) or stock in the new MUSIX by doing this they said the SHORTS would be forced to cover ?? if i remember the stock went from .15 to .40 then fell back to .18 over a week period so if they were giving share holders a dividend or new stock worth approx .30 why does the value of BGIX fall to under .10 ????? ....also they said that they were going to do a forward split 2-1 then finish some business transactions?? then do a 8-1 reverse split .....now today they say a health channel IPO perhaps worth 1.50 so why isn't BGIX at 1 ???? BGIX hasn't put out any details on the health channel..what the latest news? ...where is the virtual hospital? it appears BGIX is spinning it wheels trying to get the value of the stock higher?? so what happened to all those shorted shares of stock ?? what happened to our dividend?? when are they going to forward split?? reverse split?? what revenue does the health channel have? why NO news about the health channel ?? how does the health channel generate revenue?? where does this almost 1 mil revenue come from ?in 97 it came from their retail back store store in monterey CA but it closed in spring of 98...... where are some financials?? why no revenues reported since sept 97? how long before it falls back to .10?? are insiders selling during these run ups ?? well at least BGIX is doing something to enhance the value of the stock .. perhaps they just noticed that internet stocks are hot and IPO internet stocks are hotter ?????? be careful on this one ... call them and ask questions ..
