Patrick, Can you answer some questions for me? 1) How did you come about promoting PLRP? Did you call Pollack, Calkins? Did they contact you since you did a good job on the header of the thread? 2) Have you ever been paid to promote another stock? 3) When was the first date you made contact with Pacel to discuss paying you to promote the stock. 4) What was the date that the contract for promoting the stock was signed? 5) How many subscribers do you have to your newsletter? 6) How do you advertise your newsletter? 7) Is your newsletter a one-person business? How long has it been in existence? 8) Do you feel comfortable posting without putting a disclaimer at the bottom of each of your posts? Have you reviewed SEC regulations regarding this issue? 9) What other stocks have you promoted with your newsletter. If there is a lengthy list, would you e-mail to me every newsletter that you have sent out? 10) Have you ever posted on a stock trading board of a company that were paid to promote (before you were being paid, of course). 11) What was the first date that you made any contact with Pacel (approximate date will do). 12) When the deal was made for you to promote Pacel, did you meet with a Pacel employee in person, over the phone, through the mail? 13) Do you post information given to you by Calkins, Pollack, both? Since it's Friday the 13th, I'll stop my questions at #13. Here's the deal: If you answer my questions, I'll probably ask a few follow-up questions for clarification. If you answer my follow up questions, I will never bring up this issue again. OK? I think that it is important that you answer these questions publicly on this thread. Please do not PM the answers to me. If I do find a contradiction or something fishy about your answers, I will not post my suspicions publicly. I just want to know for myself what is going on. Others on this thread can do their own follow-up research on your answers.
