NO NO NO a thousand times NO. I have accounts with Waterhouse and Datek. Long-term (IRA) with Waterhouse and Trading stuff with Datek. Datek is a thousand times faster and much better at updates. If the slow speed didn't kill you listen to this. If you sell a stock and turn around and buy another, Waterhouse delays it and sends it to a human trader to verify your account can cover the transaction. As you know Datek updates your account after every transaction. Waterhouse waits till the evening. No NO NO.
