Maybe. Now and then a company builds a plant that remains
under-utilized or is shut down soon after completion.
Ask Siemens. They shuttered a DRAM plant in England
recently. The plant was 1 1/2 years old. There are others.
The disk drive industry is notorious for building up
to capacity gluts.

I am not saying I expect that to happen to Iomega's
new plant. But it might - especially if lots of
competition enters the market.

Jim, With expansion of production facilities comes increased operating expenses also.
