I am ready to continue my due diligence report on Pacel corporation. My goal with these three posts is to describe my experience of meeting with Dave Calkins. I know a lot of you are counting on Pacel for future good fortune and if it happens, let's face it, the man I met with for a little over an hour is going to be largely responsible for it.

The post-interview experience for me has been almost as incredible as the meeting itself. All kinds of people are coming out of the woodwork to PM me or contact me by email. The level of faith people have in this company is absolutely breathtaking. I had an incredible phone conversation the other day with an investor whose problem with Pacel was that if he bought anymore PLRP he'd be over the 5% limit that requires a person to file documents with the SEC before he can sell shares. Gee, that's some problem! Also, the DD that some of you have done is really impressive. Angles I don't think I would have come up with to test the validity of Pacel Corp.

The one thing that just about all these pro-PLRP people have in common is a strong sense of “Let's wait and see...”. There's a lot of patient energy out there. For me, personally, this is far and away the most patient I've been with a company and I intend to set all kinds of “personal bests” in that category. Hey, 1999 is just around the corner and word is that 1999 is going to be a breakout year for Pacel.

Ah, but I should start getting down to the business at hand. See my next post for part 2 of the DD. Remember that the final part of this report (on “Pacel Investor Relations”) will be posted tomorrow.
