Hmm... Interesting, is it not, that norms who has been hyping NIGI off and on for several months now, also mentioned IVP Technologies (OTCBB:TALL). I see that norms is from New Jersey. At the end of this post, he mentions both NIGI and TALL: exchange2000.com In looking at this press release, we can see that TALL hired GRQ Financial. GRQ is from Iselin, New Jersey. This press release is dated 6/1/98, while norms' reference is from 8/22/98. cdn-news.com Given that norms is hyping NIGI, and he's at least aware of TALL, does anyone think that he may, even in some remote way, have a relationship to GRQ Financial or GRQ's principals?
