The institutions will view this as a gift, a chance to pick up a great stock at a great price.

Dell is a great company but don't fall in love with the stock where it makes you blind to facts. Just because its been sunny everyday doesn't mean its not going to rain.

Dell is constantly fighting to keep their position and it wont last for long, think about it. Years ago it was all CPQ & IBM, now its DELL, tomorrow its somebody else.

1) Component prices won't stay cheap forever, margin will decline.
2) CPQ and others have way more cash on hand
3) CPQ, IBM, HP, GTW will all start chipping away at DELL and there is nothing they can do about it.

Just like they got sales from their competitors, they will slowly lose sales the same over the same period of time. CPQ can afford to cut prices for ever. 4 billion in cash.

Again, I am not saying negative things about DELL, it has made me a fortune, but I wouldn't be surprised to have a few downgrades come in soon.

Good Luck
