Speculation about devaluation has been a recurring theme here for some time. Devaluations solve nothing. If they did everyone in Mexico would be rich.

The problem is they are never a "One Time" occurrence, they become habit forming. Investors are wise to the game. Just like they are wise to companies who report $1/share earnings, after the 10th annual "one time" $2/share restructuring charge.
