Hello Pat, Thanks for your thoughts....its certainly something to be concerned about when setting up any system for trading. But you are absolutely right...unless the divergences are continuos and substantial most data will be smoothed out over the course. But some providers set their number crunchers to work directly at the close and ignore the follow up. I think one would want to know when they pull out the calculators. Atleast down loading data later in the evening or into the next day seems to make some sense. Good Luck Trading Today Without big news, my quess a flat day...waiting on Greenspan.
