The 1.8 million shares was sold under market at $13. My source told me that the block was looking for an exit in the market for weeks.

It's my understanding that it was a large block - under the market - that was done under a "filing." It looks to me, based on the subsequent action, that it may have been the overhang that was holding the stock back.
