How much is there to expect to be added to the 1.5$ ?

Ames said it also will share with Hills noteholders and stockholders a potential settlement from a lawsuit Hills is pursuing against some of its former directors.

Noteholders would get half of the settlement, with the other half divided between Hills stockholders and Ames, the statement said.

Anyone know about the suit and amount ?

I disagree on 1.5 - take of the 13$ from value and it is down at 4$
- Note holders should IMO not have brotherpart of payment - Investors and noteholders should get same rate of AMES purchase amount.
Value is 4 - in the deal noteholders get 50% - So shareholders should also have 50% of value = 2$ min.
