That is great but could some one tell me how to buy a stock 'strong' as opposed to not so 'strong'.

Kumar should be kicked off. If I am DELL, I will not talk to this guy again. Why in the earth guys like him downgrade a good company like DELL, but closed their eye to the Internet craze. If they really knows what they are doing. They should go out and downgrade every one of these Net companies. They are nothing but scams. For all I can see, these analyst want to get your DELL share cheap, and stuff small investors with worthless Net stock shares.

Kumar is screwed up. Dell's sequential revenue growth was 11.2% (annualized that's 53%), and the earnings sequential growth was 11.0% (annualized 52%) -- these are inline with, and above earlier sequential growth rates. DELL's growth is NOT slowing down.
