Hello lost a mint. First of all, a "Warmest Regards!" from you is a night and day difference than the same words from mean-spirited Rosario. Intentionality does count in this game. I wish him well but I never did figure him out. I don't know what gave him the idea that he had found a good outlet for his intelligence and communication skills by acting the way he did. Ah well. Onward: I bumbled my sentence when I talked about the 5% man. He owns 500,000 shares and it's not that if he buys one or two more shares he will go over 5% of outstanding shares (as I think my sentence implied). It's that if he keeps buying he knows he will approach that mark and he expressed to me he doesn't want to go too far. When a person crosses the 5%-of-outstanding-shares threshold, he/she becomes what I think is called a Principal Shareholder. A Principal Shareholder must fill out a form to sell shares and this man (understandably, I think) doesn't want to go that route. He is definitely considering increasing his position (doubling it, actually), but wants to have a conversation with Calkins first. I just spoke with him today by phone, by the way. He reads this thread but doesn't want to post. A very, very knowledgeable man, by the way, in terms of how an OTC stock works. His analysis of the financial health of Pacel is just fascinating. I have lost count of the number of things I have learned from him. Anyway, I think it would be very healthy and good to start talking about share count. As you put it, "I still have serious doubts about the number of shares and the current float." Amen to that. I can personally think of four people whose share count, when combined, easily goes past a million shares. What's up with that? Therefore, the idea I will put on the table is a private share count tally. We've all seen this before, right? Someone serves as the point and receives PMs and emails with the current number of PLRP shares owned. The numbers are posted but, of course, never with any identification information next to the numbers. Is this something the thread wants to pursue? Does anyone want to "second" the idea? Let me know. Chris
