TO ALL:

I finally was able to get in touch with American Security Transfer
agent. The number of total outstanding shares: 49,450,028.

Once again this information was provide by JNNE'S Transfer Agent American. The agent was friendly and courteous and once I was able to get through it took only a minute or two for them to provide the information.

This figure is more in line with what we heard earlier in the week.
