To say the company hasnt been listening is an example of the kind of statement that takes up room on this thread that is supposed to be an exchange of investment ideas to make money. Do you think you are the only one who has experienced a problem and spoke about it? The company has grown to over 310,000 users from under a 100,000 in just the past 14 months. NO ONE, you included has had any idea of the tremendous growth of internet enterprises and the accompanying problems inherent in rapid growth. On the other shoe, the company is well aware of the once in a lifetime opportunity that this growth presents and is directing resources constantly to correct any problems and improve service. In reality , they have made great progress. I am a position trader and not a Daytrader and that makes a difference. I havent had any particular problems for several months now. Maybe a Daytrader moving on a point or so has a few delays that cost him or her money. I believe that would be true with any online service and if I wanted to trade that rapidly, I would use something like the new www.grotrader.com service where you bypass everything, get a screen that shows the market makers and issue your by and sell orders directly to the clearing house. It is fast, but you have to make at least a couple trades per day to pay the freight. The website at AMeritrade is second to none, it is simple and presents rapid navigation, especially I like their option trading platform. Most of us here are users and already know the problems and some of us are investors looking for good short or long move and that is what I believe should be discussed on these threads...gil
