<<energetic plan for growth by raising capital(don't know
exactly what that means),>>

I can only think of 2 ways:

1. Borrow money

2. Sell stock

I doubt if anyone would loan them money. They are losing money and they are under investigation by the SEC.

So . . .

<<The company has made a joint arrangement with two firms to promote share value.
Crescent Partners Fund, L.P., a Dallas based firm and Preferred Financial in L.A.
have been engaged to raise share value and raise capital.>>

The last time they did this it was so they could expand outstanding shares from 20 million to 70 million.

Does "joint arrangement" mean that FAMH gave them new stock to tout the stock?

Personally , I think we all have a moral duty to double our positions in this stock. It would be humiliating to have our fearless leader with the smallest herd of camels at the oasis. Come on, gang, buy some for the jipper!!!

Way to go big guy :-) How do you get this stuff? Sure sounds like Arif is all over the issues all of a sudden. Even the stock price reflects it.

The market has good volume and some folks have to be selling.$.095 is double this week. Can it withstand the short sellers?

Thanks for being there FF

Did he quit his job at Jiffy Lube?

The company has determined that Arif will absorb the position of President. Arif now acts as the Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO.

I wonder if the reason that no EPS will be included in the reports to be issued on the 23rd is because to do so would require a share count. If that is the reason, could mean either bad or good news--if the count has been reduced, that could account for the recent buying that we have seen.

A lurker from way back, with more shares at a higher cost per share than I would like to admit--thought I was buying on dips!
