I actually do think the equipment stock prices have probably bottomed, Ian. I'm much less bearish than I was a few months ago. On the other hand, equipment company earnings have probably not bottomed, and the effect this discovery will have on the stocks is unpredictable. The mood of the thread seems to have swung back over to exuberance, which I think is a little premature.

I hear the dart throwing monkey is up 33% on the year, but he's holding out on his contract for next year. He wants more bananas, because he feels that it's all because of his throwing technique :-)
