5m unit financing Biometric Security Corp BMS Shares issued 20,834,412 Nov 17 close $0.19 Wed 18 Nov 98 News Release Mr. Wayne Johnstone reports In addition to the two private placements announced in Stockwatch Nov. 16, 1998, the company has also negotiated an additional private placement for 5,000,000 units at 15 cents. Each unit will consist of one share and one two-year warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at 15 cents in the first year and 17 cents in the second year.
