$250,000 financing Biometric Security Corp BMS Shares issued 20,834,412 Nov 25 close $0.19 Thu 26 Nov 98 News Release Mr. Patrick McCleery reports The company has reached an agreement to receive $250,000 from Rand-Edgar Capital for 30 days in advance of the closing of its recently announced private placements. The funds will be used to further advance the operations of Biometric Identification. In consideration for advancing the funds, Rand-Edgar Capital shall receive bonus shares in accordance with the policies and regulations of the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
