Col, I really think the reason for the 8k filing is the SEC charges, the BD stuff is just smoke. Nothing of any consequence is said about BD's report. What exactly did they find? Well they certainly found a way to keep working on the project.

Heard one interesting thing today, hope the purveyor of it does not mind me repeating it. Q's maybe not filed because GE wants all the bad news out while on the pinks. That does make sense to me.
