I read the 8k. So GE and it's President violated rule 10b-5 with it's press release of May 22nd.

I wonder whose decision it was to release a 6.4M proven....? Did they have such total faith in Guido? Surely they had other more negative reports and input from other geologists familiar with Cangalli. How about just one, Giovanni Viscarra.

The SEC challenged GE's May 22nd claim and required a Wells Submission. It sounds to me after reading the 8k that GE did not come up with enough cash to pay BD for the kind of study that would have fended off the SEC. We never did see any proof of filing of the Wells Submission that was required.

GE management is looking like they are on the defensive to me at this point and have reason to be defensive, or...the SEC is picking on them. Is the SEC picking on them....maybe.

I heard a rumor that an ex GE officer had so little respect for the SEC that he provoked them with insults and taunts....just a rumor. So, a GE officer thinks he is above government regulation...thinks he should disrespect government officials carrying out their mandates. The only companies that can pull off insulting the SEC would have to be squeaky clean with money to burn for lawsuits. GE seems to be neither of these. That former GE officer must be quite an arrogant buffoon if the rumors are true.

Just a rumor...but if true, what kind of former management were we involved with? Answer: Piss Poor Management.

Now the current management is under attack by the SEC.

What price will we, the shareholders, pay for that?

Colleen in Orlando.

PS - A question for all you mining experts....At what POG could GE have a profitable deposit??
