<So, a GE officer thinks he is above government regulation...thinks he should disrespect government officials carrying out their mandates. The only companies that can pull off insulting the SEC would have to be squeaky clean with money to burn for lawsuits. >

Like Microsoft. They seem to doing just fine thumbing their nose at the government. But then, they have a little more money the GE.

Why wouldn't GE invite in a partner at this point? It does appear that there is gold and someone with deeper pockets needs to develop it.

<We never did see any proof of filing of the Wells Submission that was required.>

Wells Submission is not a requirement. It is an opportunity for the "possibly soon to be charged" to give reasons why they should not be charged. I would suggest that the Wells Submission was submitted, it just failed to convince the SEC.

< rumor that an ex GE officer had so little respect for the SEC that he provoked them with insults and taunts>

I heard similar but it was not an officer of the company but someone hired by the company, possibly in a legal capacity.

<At what POG could GE have a profitable deposit??>

Depends on how much gold there is and how expensive to extract. The how much we still don't know. If 14g/m3, digr says he'll be rich, so I assume he is talking at current price of gold. If, as some say, gold is going to $500, or $800, or even $2000.....well I suggest that well before it hits $2000 we all head for Bolivia with shovels and help digr dig and wash.

<I wonder whose decision it was to release a 6.4M proven....? Did they have such total faith in Guido?>

I believe TT would make that decision based upon the INDEPENDENT REPORT of Paravicini. Remember this is an independent report of a report of a report.
To me, the SEC is out of line in this matter. Charging TT for someones report and saying it was pump or hype is absurd. Who in the Company made any money?

I understand a group of share holders will file suit against the SEC if these charges are laid.
